I ordered some checks an address labels. The checks were perfect, but the labels were misprinted.
Half of my address ran off of each label. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't help me. I even attached pictures of the misprinted labels, which is one of the reasons I chose to use email. They responded after a couple of days and told me I had to call.
Calling is an inconvenience to me because my job makes it difficult to call during business hours and I don't have time to sit on hold then attempt talk to someone who probably doesn't even speak English when I'm at home. Why do they even offer a customer support email if they are just going to tell you that you have to call? I honestly don't see what the problem is. My issue is extremely cut and dry and I even provided photographic evidence.
They should have just said they were going to reprint and resend the labels. The extra hassle that I have to go through for their mistake is BS!
